Near Big Bear publishes this site. This policy covers the information collected when you read the site or write to us through the contact form.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. The hosting provider that serves the site keeps standard technical logs to keep it running and secure.
The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track individual visitors. Nothing is collected for advertising.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you and to fix the pages you tell us about. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
The site is served through Cloudflare, which acts as our hosting and content delivery provider. Messages sent through the form are stored by the platform that runs this site. No data brokers are involved.
How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as we need them to answer and follow up, then delete them. Technical logs are kept according to the hosting provider's own retention.
Your rights, including California residents
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we do not sell or share personal information.
